Our youth lifting camp is a fun and effective way to introduce young athletes to the benefits of strength training. The camp is designed for students in grades 5 through 8, and it covers basic movement patterns such as pressing, pulling, squatting, hinging, jumping, and carrying. The camp teaches proper technique, safety, and nutrition for optimal performance and health. The camp is led by our Youth strength Coach Joseph Mendez, and the Mission Viejo Varsity Football Staff, who will guide and motivate the participants to achieve their goals. Whether you want to improve your sports skills, build confidence, or have fun, our youth lifting camp is perfect!
